Strategic Partnership Announcement: JourneyTrack & CX-Excellence
I'm delighted to announce a new partnership between CX-Excellence and JourneyTrack, the leading customer journey management platform.

This collaboration brings real value to my training and consulting work. From February 2025, participants in my CX programmes will have access to JourneyTrack’s powerful enterprise tool, enabling them to build, analyse and manage customer journeys in a way that reflects how top organisations work today.
​
By integrating JourneyTrack into my courses and workshops, I can offer a much more practical and applied learning experience. It's no longer just about learning the theory of customer journey mapping or VoC integration, it's about doing it in a live, collaborative environment with real tools and real impact.
This means more value for students, clients, and CX professionals looking to drive measurable change in their organisations. I’m particularly excited about how JourneyTrack’s AI insights, persona-building features, and opportunity scoring will support our shared goal: turning customer understanding into tangible action.

As part of its CXM Stars 2025 campaign, CX Magazine has nominated Michael Brandt among 24 other CX practitioners for the Top CX Influencer 2024 award.
After voting closed, Michael was ranked 12th.

Michael Brandt joins IBXA '24 Judging Panel
Michael Brandt is delighted to be joining the Judging Panel of the International Business Excellence Awards 2024. The Finals will take place on February 1st, and the Awards Ceremony a week later. Michael said, "I am delighted to be part of this event. I am always in awe of the solutions that companies find to achieve excellence in their processes, thereby improving their customers' experience. We can all learn something from these companies."
