This is a rigorous, practice-based, self-paced programme designed for professionals who want to build real capability in CX, not just theoretical understanding. Across 10 structured modules, participants develop a comprehensive grasp of customer strategy, governance, measurement, journey management, culture and leadership, supported by real case studies, applied frameworks and practical tools.
To help prospective participants make an informed decision, we run regular open days. These are one-hour live sessions with the co-creators, where we walk through the programme structure, expectations, workload and outcomes. You can ask questions directly and determine whether the Mini MBA aligns with your professional goals.
For those who prefer a blended approach, we also offer hybrid training days. In these live online sessions, we work through three of the ten modules together in an interactive format. This hybrid experience is included in the full Mini MBA fee. Alternatively, you may attend a hybrid day as a standalone experience. Should you subsequently decide to enrol in the complete programme, the amount paid for the hybrid day is credited towards the full fee.
